Common Questions About These Terms

These answers cover the clauses that account holders ask about most — from how updates are communicated to what happens when a dispute is raised. Each answer reflects the current version of the sattakinj terms.

These terms take effect the moment you complete account registration on sattakinj. By submitting your details and proceeding, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted every clause as it stands at that point in time.

We notify you of material updates via your registered email address or through an in-account notification. The updated version takes effect on the date stated in the notice, and continued use of the account after that date constitutes acceptance.

Access and eligibility depend on local law and are available only where local law permits. Where a specific state or jurisdiction imposes additional conditions, those conditions apply alongside the general terms stated here.

Deposits must be made from a payment instrument registered in your own name. Using a UPI handle or PhonePe account belonging to another person is a breach of these terms and may result in a hold on withdrawals pending verification.

We may suspend or restrict an account if we detect a breach of these terms, suspicious transaction patterns, or if required to do so by applicable law. A notification is sent to your registered contact, and you may appeal through the support email channel.

Submit your dispute in writing to our support email, including your account ID, the decision you are disputing and the clause you believe applies. We acknowledge disputes within 72 hours and aim to resolve them within 14 business days.

Transaction records — including UPI, Paytm and PhonePe deposit and withdrawal logs — are retained for the period required under Indian financial regulations. Once that requirement lapses, the records are removed from live systems on a scheduled basis.
